Manufacturing Process
From planning loose rough diamonds to final vacuum alloy jewelry casting.
Craftsmanship Pipeline
Every diamond and jewelry mount undergoes six major phases inside our state-of-the-art facility.
Rough Diamond Sorting
Our sorting division categorizes rough diamonds by size, color, clarity, and structural properties. Experienced sorters separate gem-quality rough stones from industrial material.
Planning & Laser Sawing
Utilizing Helium-mapping software, our planning department identifies the best yield and cut angles. Diamonds are sawn using advanced green-laser machinery to prevent cleavage fractures.
Faceting & Polishing
Surat-trained polishing experts shape the pavilion, crown, and table facets. We match strict GIA/HRD symmetry and alignment tolerances to optimize Hearts & Arrows light return.
Bespoke CAD/CAM Jewelry Modeling
Clients submit sketches or references. In-house modelers construct exact 3D CAD representations. Once verified, models are printed as high-resolution wax templates.
Vacuum Alloy Casting
Wax templates are enclosed in plaster mold investment cylinders. We cast in pure 14k/18k gold (white, yellow, rose), platinum, and sterling silver alloys inside high-induction vacuum ovens.
Diamond Setting & Hand Finish
Stone setters set diamonds under microscopes utilizing micro-claw, pavé, or channel mountings. Polishers execute final pre-wash hand polish steps to achieve high mirror shine.
